This page provides California residents with specific information about their privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and how to exercise them on ONLYRiDES.
Do Not Sell My Personal Information
ONLYRiDES does not sell your personal information. We do not exchange personal data for monetary or other valuable consideration with any third party. This is a core commitment, not a toggle.
1. Scope
This page supplements our Privacy Policy and applies specifically to California residents as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA). Terms used in this page have the same meanings as defined in the CCPA/CPRA.
2. Personal Information We Collect
In the preceding 12 months, ONLYRiDES has collected the following categories of personal information from California consumers:

3. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
ONLYRiDES has not sold personal information of California consumers in the preceding 12 months and has no plans to do so. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CPRA.
We do share personal information with service providers (such as Stripe, Supabase, and PostHog) strictly for business purposes under written contracts that prohibit them from retaining, using, or disclosing the information for any purpose other than performing services for ONLYRiDES.
4. Your California Privacy Rights
Right to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which the information was collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting the information, the categories of third parties with whom we share the information, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you. We will comply with your request and direct our service providers to delete your information, subject to certain exceptions such as completing transactions, detecting security incidents, complying with legal obligations, and exercising free speech rights.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale
You have the right to direct a business that sells personal information to stop selling your information. ONLYRiDES does not sell your personal information to third parties as defined under the CCPA. We do not exchange personal data for monetary or other valuable consideration. Therefore, there is no need to opt out, but we honor this right proactively.
Right to Non-Discrimination
ONLYRiDES will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices or rates, provide you a different level or quality of service, or suggest that you will receive a different price or quality of service for exercising your rights.
5. How to Submit a Request
You or your authorized agent may submit a verifiable consumer request by any of the following methods:
- Email: Send a request to privacy@onlyrides.com with the subject line "CCPA Request."
- In-app: Visit your Privacy Settings to download your data or manage your privacy preferences.
- Account deletion: Request deletion through your Account Settings.
You may make a verifiable consumer request up to twice within a 12-month period. The request must provide sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information (or an authorized agent), and describe your request with enough detail for us to understand, evaluate, and respond.
6. Verification Process
We will verify your identity before processing your request. If you submit a request via email, we may ask you to verify your identity through your authenticated ONLYRiDES account. If you use an authorized agent, we may require the agent to provide a signed written authorization, proof of identity, and direct confirmation from you.
7. Response Timing
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension (up to an additional 45 days) and explain the reason.
